Wedding issues! Empty Wedding issues!

Hi

My man and I are planning to get married, he is Kenyan, and wants us to get married in Kenya. However, neither of us are living there, so the only way I can think of is to use a wedding planner! They need to know a fair bit about English culture, as my family is all English, and quite traditional.
Any suggestions or recommendations? I have a feeling this is going to be a tricky one!
