It is looking likely that we will move to Dar in Tanzania in a few months, but we're currently trying to conceive. I know Dar is a highly malarial area but I also know that malaria tablets could cause birth defects. Any advice? I know there must be plenty of expats who have conceived and given birth in Africa so I would love to know how you handled it.
