Hi every 1.

I am an MBA from India. I have been offered a job in Kenya as Asst Manager Sales & Operations for a chain of stores in Kenya, uganda and Tanzania.
I have never traveled to africa before and will be moving with my wife so i request you to plz give me some idea about few things like..

1. is it a safe place to settle down with you family
2. how much package should i ask for that particular designation
3. few things i keep in mind wen i move in.
4. wat all facility should i ask from the company.

please help me with this.
