Baby groups

Hi all,

I have a 2 month old baby and really want to meet some other mums.... So was wondering if anyone new of any baby groups? Any particularly ones for small babies?
I am living in the Gigiri area.

I always found the search for baby groups a nightmare here. I resorted to approaching strangers in supermarkets (I have also actually been approached in this way and absolutely didn't mind!), inviting myself to spurious groups I had heard of vaguely and still was rejected from the group (your baby is the wrong age)!! I think you just need to find one kind person with a similar aged child and hope they will open doors for you. There are often mums and babies at a sweet outdoor cafe/restaurant called 'Amani ya Juu' which is located just off Riverside Drive.
